These people are angry about arty, about 'OP' tanks, about RNG, and of course about the fact that battles contain tanks that are stronger than your tank, since they seem to believe that T-59 should be the Uber tank uber alles. There is no 'pro arty' group, there only exist a tiny group of kids who are angry because their precious virtual tank got hit and they cannot revenge it right away. In fact, this post should be closed by the moderator if you ask me. I think it's better to direct any general arty discussion to that post rahter than creating a new one with the same argument that is in the main SPG post.

There the OP could get both pro and con opinions about the suggestion. We have a 300 page post about SPG that includes the very suggestion the OP posted, in the gameplay forum.
